Returns and exchanges

Return and exchange requests are accepted within 30 days after delivery for defective merchandise and for non-defective merchandise, including a change of mind, personal preference, or an incorrect selection.

Condition and return method

A non-defective item must be new, unused, and in its original condition with packaging, labels, and included accessories. Returns are sent by mail. A free return label is included in the parcel, and no restocking fee is charged. Contact us for authorization before mailing an item.

Problems with an order

For damage, defects, an incorrect shipment, missing contents, or a material difference from the product description, provide the order number, checkout email, an explanation, and photographs or video of the item and packaging. Exchanges depend on available inventory.

Refund timing

After approval, the refund is returned to the original payment method and processed within 10 days. A bank or card provider may need additional time to post the credit.
